The national permit-expediter service associated with the brand transferred in September 2024 and is not part of this sale. No live U.S. federal trademark registration for PERMITS.COM conveys; Registration No. 5,992,884 was cancelled in October 2024 after a TTAB proceeding. Software, source code, and data are not included. Buyers should run their own trademark and use-clearance review.
Names may be purchased separately at the published bands. Retail reflects the cost of removing a name from the portfolio.
Closings run through Escrow.com Concierge. Fee is 3.0%, split equally between buyer and seller. After funds clear, the target transfer is 3 business days and not more than 5. The receiving registrar controls final receipt timing. Assets are sold as-is, where-is, with representations limited to ownership and authority to convey.
FIELDVINE, INC., a Delaware corporation, is the seller. Assets will be conveyed by Ray Antonino, Director and Authorized Representative.
FIELDVINE operated Permits.com as a technology platform and, separately, as a national permit-expediter service. The expediter service transferred in September 2024. The domain portfolio and remaining corporate assets were not part of that sale.
In July 2026 FIELDVINE filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the State of Delaware. The filing was accepted. Under Delaware General Corporation Law § 278, the corporation continues for three years after dissolution for the limited purpose of winding up, including the sale of remaining property. That window is open.
